For the first time since July eighth, the state health department is reporting fewer than 400 COVID-19 patients in hospitals across the state. Back on August 17th, Louisiana reported over three thousand COVID hospitalizations. L-D-H reported 38 more COVID deaths on Tuesday and the death toll has increased to 14,388.
