Lawmen in north Louisiana are on the lookout for the man suspected of committing a murder on the Grambling University campus Wednesday morning. State Police Master Trooper Michael Reichardt says 19-year-old Delhi resident Jatavious Carroll (also known as “Rabbit”) shot two teenagers at an unsanctioned party. A week after Lafayette’s Police Chief Thomas Glover was fired, he called in to Mayor Josh Guillory’s weekly radio show on KPEL; accusing the mayor of firing him without cause.
