Future first-round pick and LSU All-American cornerback Derek Stingley Junior has a NIL deal with Louisiana-founded Waitr. Stingley will promote the popular food delivery app on his Instagram account. Southeastern Louisiana quarterback Cole Kelley has been named offensive player of the week by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association. Kelley threw for 391 yards and three touchdowns and also rushed for 65 yards in a win over McNeese. Grambling’s Cameron Richardson is the defensive player of the week. Richardson returned a fumble for a touchdown and had an interception in the Tigers win over Alabama A-and-M.
