The public still does not know who will start at quarterback for Auburn tonight when they take on the Fighting Tigers at 8 PM. It could be either Bo Nix or former LSU Q-B TJ Finley from Ponchatoula. LSU defensive coordinator Daronte Jones says they are ready for either one….

Coach Ed Orgeron said earlier in the week, he believes it will be Finley, who started for LSU last year in a 48-11 loss to Auburn on the Plains.

It’s a big day of college football in the SEC. At 11 AM, second-ranked Georgia hosts eighth-ranked Arkansas and at 2:30 it’s top-ranked Alabama versus 12th ranked Ole Miss.

ULM and La Tech are on the road facing ranked teams. The Warhawks are at 16th ranked Coastal Carolina, while the Bulldogs visit 23rd ranked North Carolina State. The Ragin Cajuns are at 3-and-0 South Alabama.

The Saints return to the Superdome tomorrow for the first time since playing a preseason game a week before Hurricane Ida hit. Running back Alvin Kamara expects an electric atmosphere in their game against the New York Giants…

The Giants come into Sunday’s game winless at 0-3. New York will be without three starters, guard Ben Bredeson and wide receivers Sterling Shepard and Darius Slayton. Shepard is the team’s leading receiver. The Saints are down two starters, left tackle Terron Armstead and center Erik McCoy. McCoy will miss his third straight game because of a calf injury. Armstead injured his elbow in last Sunday’s win over the Patriots.

Also on Sunday, Carolina is at Dallas, Atlanta hosts the Washington Football Team and Tampa visits the Patriots in Tom Brady’s return to New England.
