The city of New Orleans is mourning the death of one of its police officers. Everett Briscoe was off duty when he was fatally shot during an armed robbery in Houston. He was a 13-year veteran of the NOPD and a member of the Zulu Social Aid and Pleasure Club for seven years. The search for Briscoe’s killer is ongoing.
