Shreveport Police is investigating an overnight fatal shooting where an elderly man fatally shot a person that was on his property. Detectives say the homeowner saw a person jump his fence on their home’s security camera system and then went outside with a gun to investigate. The trespasser allegedly made a threatening move towards the resident, who then fired two shots, killing the trespasser.
