Governor Edwards says pretty soon he’s expecting the state will begin offering incentives for people to get vaccinated. He didn’t offer any details about what it may look like but other states are trying everything from free beer to Alabama allowing vaccinated people to drive two laps on the Talladega Superspeedway. Edwards says whatever incentive program they come up with will be on top of ongoing outreach efforts to all communities in the state…
