Tonight, the Aggies will send senior left-hander Dustin Saenz to the hill. He’s five and six with a 4.60 ERA and has struck out 96 in 76.1 innings.

14th ranked Louisiana Tech will have Jonathan Fincher on the bump tonight as the Bulldogs host Old Dominion. Even though Tech is playing a Conference USA opponent, the two game series will not count towards the conference standings.

The Ragin Cajuns baseball team enters the final weekend of the regular season with a chance at winning the Sun Belt Western Division. U-L Lafayette trails U-T Arlington by one game. The Cajuns begin a three-game series tonight against Troy at Tigue Moore Field.

ULM is at Arkansas State. Tulane takes on Cincinnati in the final American Athletic Conference Series of the season.

In the Southland…UNO, Southeastern Louisiana and Northwestern State have qualified for the conference tournament. McNeese and Nicholls are trying to get in. The Cowboys are at Central Arkansas, while Nicholls host Sam Houston.

Grambling and Southern both won on the opening day of the SWAC Tournament.
