Former Louisiana Governor Buddy Roemer has died at the age of 77. The Roemer Revolution of 1988 to 1991 resulted in a number of major legislative achievements including legalized riverboat gaming and campaign finance reform. His former chief of staff Len Sanderson called Roemer a dynamic leader.
