Identification was found on her body indicating it was Vaugh but other tests will be done to confirm it is her.

Louisiana public schools will receive $2.6 billion from the latest COVID relief bill. State Education Superintendent Cade Brumley says part of the money will go towards helping schools pay for the COVID protocols.

Attorney General Jeff Landry defends his office’s handling of sexual harassment complaints against former top aide Pat Magee. Magee was first suspended then later resigned after a second complaint.
