Jefferson Parish Sheriff Joe Lopinto it’s still unclear why 27-year-old Joshua Williams of New Orleans started a shootout at a Metairie gun shop that resulted in three deaths and two people injured. Lopinto says it also appears Williams was cooperating when a store employee told him to take his loaded pistol out of the gun range.
