Julia Letlow has qualified to run for the 5th congressional district of Louisiana, a seat that was won by her late husband Luke Letlow. Julia says that she has watched how her husband handled himself and learned what it takes to make a difference while in office.
Five others have also qualified.

The election is March 20th and qualifying ends tomorrow.
