The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office says one of two suspects wanted for the killing of a man in Gibson over the weekend has turned himself into authorities. They say 29-year-old Carl Hayes is charged with second degree murder in the shooting death of Roosevelt Stewart. Authorities are still searching for 26-year-old Kenny Veal. Veal is considered armed and dangerous.
