Mississippi State is ranked 25th in the latest AP poll that came out today, while LSU is ranked 14th. Ohio State is number one and Alabama is number two.

Louisiana Tech quarterback Jeff Driskel is the Louisiana Sports Writers Association offensive player of the week. Driskel threw four touchdown passes and for 274 yards in a blowout win over Southern.
