At the Revenue Estimating Conference today, the State of Louisiana announced revenues would not be as high as expected, and Jindal Adminstration will have to reduce spending by $171 million dollars for the remainder of the fiscal year. This means there will have to be budget cuts in place by mid-year in 2015.
