A Clinton man is under arrest for causing an injury crash involving 2 18 wheelers on LA Highway 67 in East Feliciana Parish back on Oct. 1st. After further investigation of the original crash, State Police arrested 52 year-old Edward G. Delee for operating a 1978 John Deere Tractor with no lights, hit and run driving and negligent injuring .
