This morning, suspected impaired driving in St. Mary Parish has left a New Iberia woman dead and a Franklin man in jail. Twenty-eight year-old Matthew Trosclaire failed to negotiate a curve, struck a culvert and flipped the vehicle several times. Twenty-year old Brylan Domingue was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
