With the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals yet to rule on Louisiana’s ban on same-sex marriage, the US Supreme Court says they will review an appellate ruling in four states on their bans. The high court also adds they will make the decision on a nationwide basis by late June. Arguments are expected to begin in April.
