An Opelousas bicyclist is dead after being struck from behind by a pickup truck in St. Landry Parish. Fifty-five year-old Joseph Norman was riding with no lights, and wearing dark clothing. The driver of the truck was 69 year-old Joseph Thibodeaux of Prairieville.
