Louisiana has filed a motion to have their case for the gay marriage ban heard in the nation’s highest court, before the Federal Appeals Court in New Orleans rules. A Federal Judge has already upheld Louisiana’s gay marriage ban, and the 5th Circuit will hold a hearing on the case next month.
