An Ascension grand jury will not be indicting the driver of an SUV, who ran off the road in Ascension Parish and killed two children fishing with their father in June. State Police said at the time they would not charge the driver-Shanette Taylor, and today, the grand jury unanimously agreed. Daylon and Sarai Lanus died as a result of that crash.
