A Gretna truck driver has been charged in the rape of a 14-year-old girl in Plaquemines Parish. Twenty-nine-year-old Peter James Wilson III arranged to meet the girl through a smartphone app last month. After they met, he took the teen to the Naval Air Station in Belle Chasse, where he allegedly raped her. His bond has been set at 250 thousand dollar.
