State Police Colonel Mike Edmonson is requesting a 30-percent pay increase for many of his troopers. Edmonson says the money would come from a special fund approved in last year’s legislative session which collects fines from drivers with expired auto insurance and puts them in an account that can be used for L-S-P salaries…
