The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s office says they’ve made a second arrest in the case of the man who was shot to death over his cell phone. The latest suspect is 17-year-old Jordan Harris of Baton Rouge. 18-year-old James Mills was arrested Monday also in the death of 24-year-old Hancy Sanchez. Investigators say both suspects admitted to planning to rob the victim for his phone.

DHH State Veterinarian Dr. Gary Balsamo says your animals should avoid contact with wildlife, especially skunks and bats. He says if you think your pet is sick call your vet right away:
