Many were concerned about the Saints with Sean Payton no longer calling plays. A reporter in Cincinnati says Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow sat at his locker for 45 minutes with his uniform still on after throwing four interceptions in an overtime loss to the Steelers on Sunday.

In the latest high school football polls, Union Parish has moved up to number one in the latest Class 3A ranking. The Fightin Farmers beat Homer in the season opener by four points and knocked off Airline last Friday by the score of 26-22. Union hosts Captain Shreve this Friday. The Gators are ranked 8th in the 5A poll, while Zachary is number following an impressive win over John Curtis.
