He says two people have come forward, so far, and they’re still trying to determine exactly how many people were approached and how much money they were offered…

Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested a Baton Rouge man for allegedly engaging in illegal sexual activity with a 14 year-old girl from Pontchatoula. Twenty-two-year-old Christopher Dwyer was arrested Wednesday, after the investigation showed the father of the victim finding Dwyer in an alleged illegal sexual activity with his daughter.
