Authorities say 24-year-old Johnny Franks, Jr. accused his uncle of disrespecting him by asking him to leave a hamburger for another guest and threw several objects at him. When officers arrived, 68-year-old Gloria Cashion fought with and drove her car toward them. Franks is charged with aggravated battery. Cashion is charged with attempted assault on the deputies and resisting arrest.
