This time at Terrebonne High in Houma, where police have arrested 59-year-old Joseph Clement for multiple counts of Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile, Sexual Battery, Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile and Prohibited Sexual Conduct Between Educator and Student. A Washington Parish lawmaker proposes banning transgender athletes from competing in women’s sports. State Senator Beth Mizell’s legislation would mandate that those born male could only compete with other males; regardless of having gender reassignment.
