Baton Rouge Judge Beau Higginbotham has sentenced former LSU student Matthew Naquin to five years in prison for his role in the hazing death of fraternity pledge Maxwell Gruver, who died from alcohol poisoning. But the judge suspended all but two and a half years and Naquin will have to perform one-thousand hours of community service.
