The state continues to mourn the passing of former Governor Kathleen Blanco who passed away from an Ocular Melanoma that she’d been fighting for eight years. A 39-year-old Rapides Parish cold case has heated up after new information leads to the arrest of two men in connection with the murder of a woman whose body was discovered in 1980. 18-year-old Donna Brazzell’s corpse had gone unidentified for decades after authorities discovered it’s skeletal remains near Highway 28. Relatives were able to positively ID her due to reconstruction. Detective Stephen Phillips says that reconstruction was shared online…
