The National Retail Federation says procrastination in holiday shopping is up this year as about 134 million are expected to shop tomorrow. Kevin Barnhart has the story.

Louisiana’s longest-serving Supreme Court justice, Pascal Calogero, has died at the age of 87. He was elected to the state’s highest court in 1972 and served on the bench for 36 years.
