Many LSU fans believe Florida didn’t want to move the game out of Gainesville this weekend, in light of the hurricane) because they are scared to lose. But Stewart Mandel, college football writer for Fox Sports, says while Florida was being stubborn about the matter, he doesn’t think it was their hope that the game wouldn’t happen at all this weekend the way the SEC decided..:

The models of Hurricane Matthew are all over the place, but is it possible it could flip back around and hit Florida again and enter the Gulf? State Climatologist Barry Keim is optimistic Louisiana is in the clear…:

Three members of the Jefferson Parish Council have called for Parish President Mike Yenni’s resignation since he admitted to sexting a 17-year-old boy. Legal analyst Tim Meche says he doesn’t think the council could force him to resign. He says while what Yenni did was morally questionable, he didn’t break any laws…:
