The Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles is offering a decal to indicate “Autism Spectrum Disorder” or a “Needs Accommodation” to indicate to law enforcement and emergency responders that an individual has a disability. Spokesperson Matthew Boudreaux says customers must provide a statement from a qualified health professional verifying their diagnosis unless there is already an Autism or Needs Accommodation indicator on their driver’s license or identification card

LSU All-American forward Angel Reese scored was back on the court last night as the 7th-ranked Lady Tigers defeated ninth-ranked Virginia Tech 82-64. Reese made 9 of 16 free throws against the Hokies which contributed to Coach Kim Mulkey’s 700th career victory. Mulkey feels Reese’s return was good for Reese, the team, and Tiger Nation.

Today is World AIDS Day and Louisiana has seen some improvement in new cases of HIV in the state. According to The Louisiana Department of Health, Since 2018, the Bayou State has seen an 11% decrease in those living with HIV. There’s still work to do as 22,920 Louisianans are HIV positive.
