Early voting in the 2nd Congressional District special election begins Saturday. Political analyst Clancy DuBos says there are two clear frontrunners at the moment, Karen Carter Peterson and Troy Carter. DuBos expects this race to head to a runoff with 15 candidates, most notably Baton Rouge social justice activist Gary Chambers.
