The Texas man charged with negligent homicide in the suspected hazing death of LSU student Maxwell Gruver was told by other members of the Phi Delta Theta to stop shooting pledges with an airsoft gun. That’s according to new court records filed in the case. Matthew Alexander Naquin also allegedly had reckless interactions with pledges before Gruver’s death.
