A third suspect was arrested this morning in a Lafayette Parish homicide from September 30th. Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s detectives say 58-year-old Mitchell Lemaire is charged with first-degree murder of Cecil Gray. The victim’s burnt remains were found in the 300 block of Burbank Road.
