72-year-old David Gullat of Ruston is no longer listed as a Lincoln Parish School Board member following his arrest on Friday on drug and obscenity charges. Ruston Police says they apprehended Gullatt after receiving a complaint about a nude man performing a lewd act in the parking lot of a shopping center. Gullat is also a former dean of the college of education at La Tech.
