Governor John Bel Edwards has officially called for special elections to fill the two U-S House seats in Louisiana, one from the death of Congressman-elect Luke Letlow and the other from the resignation Cedric Richmond, who represents the second district. The primary will be March 20th, the run-off would be April 24th.
