A second victim was shot in the foot. Ferguson says an officer working security detail apprehended Baham right after the shooting. A motive has not been released.

The U-S Census Bureau estimates the state lost 11-thousand residents between 2018 to 2019, the fourth highest population loss in the country. Demographer Greg Rigamer says a lack of good-paying jobs is the number one factor…

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry is concerned about fake national championship tickets on the market. Landry says if your ticket is a P-D-F it is not legit, because the College Football Playoff Ticket office has already said P-D-F tickets will not be accepted and double-check if you are a recipient of a mobile ticket…

Landry says if you purchase a ticket on the secondary market, use a credit card, so you have some recourse if the tickets are not as promised.
