A tragic shooting in Morgan City claims the life of an 11-year old male and police have charged a 14-year old with second-degree murder. Morgan City Police say they were called to a residence Friday evening found several teens in the home. Police Chief James Blair extended sympathy to the victim’s family and urges parents to ensure their homes are safe after the suspect took possession of a loaded gun.
