A 28-year-old Slidell man is dead after being struck by two cars while attempting to cross I-10 on foot near Gause Boulevard. Warren Bouie died at the scene Sunday night. Trooper William Huggins says Bouie is one of more than 900 people who’ve been killed so far this year in traffic crashes.
