Authorities in northeast Louisiana have arrested an Acadia Parish man after he allegedly drove 230 miles to Oak Grove to have sex with a 13-year-old girl. James Regan of Egan was charged with solicitation of a juvenile for sex. Oak Grove Police say Regan thought he was talking with a teenage girl, it turned out to be an undercover agent. He’s also been charged with 39 counts of child pornography.
