The college football world is waiting to see what Ole Miss football coach Lane Kiffin will do. Will he stay at Ole Miss, leave for Florida or be hired as the next head coach at LSU. Kiffin’s ex-wife visited both Baton Rouge and Gainesville this week. Michael Katz of the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal says Kiffin faced a similar decision three years ago as he was courted by Auburn, and he won’t be hasty to make a decision.
It was Kiffin’s daughters who convinced Kiffin to stay at Ole Miss back then.
LSU has restarted its Corps of Cadets program, which opens up military training to the general study body. Board of Supervisors member Rico Alvendia says being in the Corps of Cadets program can give students an opportunity to receive a minor national defense leadership and cyber security…
