Tulane says the President is providing dollars to Tulane to revolutionize cancer treatment by creating an imaging system that will give doctors the ability to scan a tumor during surgery.

At change-dot-org, there are more than a dozen petitions trying to drum up public support to reverse or make changes to the state’s new ban on cellphones in the classroom. Walker High School freshman Emma Grace Hodge started one of those petitions and she’s concerned that for parents to contact students at school, the only way they can do so is through the school…

The Joe Burrow Foundation, led by former LSU quarterback Joe Burrow, has partnered with the Three O’clock Project to donate 9,999 meals to schools in Baton Rouge. Three O’clock Project director Emily Chatelain says they focus on feeding children in underserved communities, and the partnership with Burrow’s Foundation will help expand its reach.
