President Donald Trump is scheduled to be in Lake Charles on Friday for a Republican rally, but today his son, Donald Trump Junior, will be in Lafayette at the Cajundome at noon urging Republican voters to vote Republican. State Police is investigating the death of a 16-year-old, who was killed while riding his bike last night on the Interstate 49 North Service Road in St. Landry Parish. Troopers say Lane Leger of Opelousas was hit from behind by a vehicle who didn’t see Leger riding his bike. Authorities say the bicycle was equipped with no lights.
