The Saints look unstoppable as New Orleans won its ninth straight yesterday beating the defending Super Bowl champs 48-7. The frustration was evident with Philadelphia. Former Saints safety Malcolm Jenkins flipped the bird at Sean Payton after the Saints scored on a 37-yard touchdown pass on fourth-and-six with 13:22 left to go in the game and the Saints already up by 31 points.

A Thanksgiving dinner in Louisiana is quite the bargain, when compared to the nationwide cost. The American Farm Bureau says the average nationwide cost is $48.90, but in Louisiana it’s half that. Louisiana Farm Bureau spokesperson Avery Davidson says turkeys are much cheaper in the Bayou State….

19-year-old Stanley Celestine Junior will be one of the youngest school board members in the country when he begins his term in January. Celestine says he does a lot of work with non-profits and through that work he saw the Avoyelles Parish school system has significant issues that need to be addressed
