A Shreveport teenager charged in the fatal shooting of a two-year-old has been moved to the Caddo Correctional Center. Shreveport police say Ta’Darious Upshaw fired multiple rounds into a vehicle as it entered an apartment complex late Friday afternoon. A toddler riding in the vehicle was struck in the head. Upshaw faces second-degree murder and aggravated assault with a firearm.
