The Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control has issued a total of 20 temporary permits statewide to retailers who can now sell C-B-D products. The temporary permits will expire at the end of February and permanent permits will only be issued after A-T-C receives a certification from the Louisiana Department of Health.
