SWEPCO reports power has been restored to a great many customers who were blacked out Friday morning, as severe thunderstorms rolled through northwestern Louisiana. At one point more than 200-thousand homes and businesses were without power in Caddo, Bossier, DeSoto, Red River and Natchitoches parishes.
