The National Hurricane Center is once again keeping its eye on the northern Gulf of Mexico for possible tropical activity. Forecasters say an area of low pressure could form late tomorrow or Thursday and there’s a 20-percent chance of development into a tropical depression over the next five days as it moves slowly towards the northeast.
